Here's mine, paid £60, reduced from £140 odd

Bought a new lid a few weeks back. Was well chuffed about what I thought I was getting!

I was like fook that! Sent it straight back! Great service mind you and it was my fault I didn't realise there was loads of colours. Nevertheless It was free postage back and a full refund and then I got this bad boi!


I also bought the Oakley Goggles from fleabay :D

£40 buddy.

That helmet was reduced from 279.99 to 107.99 so I had to have it. It's probably more comfortable than my old No fear Helmet :D Prefer the NoFear make though.

Not bad that it's mad how much goggles are!! My Scott ones were £57!!

That's not a bad price that!! True I find 661 helmets are quite comfortable! I'm not that big of a fan of no fear, prefer airoh out of them all but smashed mine last year so got the 661 as a replacement

I didn't think £40 was too bad mate.

Was quite pleased at that price. Could have picked up some base models for £25 so I figured that £40 for oakleys was good lol.

661 any good mate? I've not heard anything about them?

Yeah 661 are a good make, it is an mx helmet you've got isn't?? Because 661 also do a lot of Bmx stuff

Haha you know what I mean : p the BMX helmets they do are almost identical to their MX helmets.

Well people say different things about MX helmets for the road but I'm pretty sure they're tested to exactly the same requirements as a normal road helmet because they all have to pass the EU test

They're only like 12 quid.

Whats the visibility like once on. If it's significantly worse then I won't bother

Most mirrored lenses usually have a slight tint to them
so possibly wouldn't advise wearing them at night or in dull conditions would be best to wear when it's sunny!
best thing to do really is just have another set of goggles one pair with a mirror lense and another with just normal.

oh and dont use baby wipes to clean mud n **** off ya lenses it some how started to take off the mirrored finish on mine : (

When looking at goggles again check out the oakley ones with the extended holding things around the eyes, they're a godsend for quick adjustments on the face. They look stupid as folk but work.

I bought the crowbar ones and they're alright.

I've used O frames before and never had a problem.
