I'm betting there's a dodgy connection else where, check connections for any loose wires and corrosion

Someone did mess with it to make it work off road but they left all connections there
Starting it it works fine
And the electrics work fine when the ignition side of ignitions switch Is disconnected
But together it ent having it!

The red from the loom into the ignition just sends battery power to the ignition, the brown powers all the circuits that work without the engine running from the ignition back into the loom. The blue/red powers the lights with the engine running and the blue just sends power to the lights switch. Without seeing the bike in front of me its hard to help.

I said to my dad can't we just bypass it but he said just try the spare
How do I rid of it?
Just connect the wires together?

Yeah, the top 2 of the 4 off the top of my head, i would need to look at the wiring diagram to say properly. You know when its right as the neutral light will go off when u put it in gear. If it ok now just leave it.
