So yeah, riding to the missus house last night and the bike loses power and literally grinds to a halt. I'm thinking shiiiiiit. only to see that the ****ing 2 stroke tank is bone dry :( With all the other problems with the bike I totally forgot that it's been 2-3 weeks since I filled it up :| FML.
Nah, I took the clocks off waiting for the vapour lol :( Yeah, it still turns over I just don't dare start it. hopefully it's all good and just needs new piston, rings and at most a rebore
aye I know it's a silly thing to break down for, but with all the other problems I just totally forgot. I know it's my own fault and that's why I'll just take it in my stride and get it all fixed while it's off the road. i'm only 400 miles into a fresh bloody top end too.
i ran out of oil going to do my mod 2 40miles from my house! bloody 2t oil light wasnt working and i didnt check oil level before i left... when i stripped it down i had 1 and a half piston rings lol but it still ran! just had to bump start it..
