unlucky lad, one issue i saw was you pulling up next to that beemer, wasnt the best idea should of stayed behind it mate
+1 coming at the side of the beamer but DTR`s are pull me over bikes anyway. I got stopped in my younger days and was produced that same day I was pulled over on 21 different occasions that day by North Solihull Police and thats no lie either I made a complaint to the chief inspector but I didn`t have a good name for myself back in them days so that didn`t help unlucky day matey
Watched vid again the way they was all over your bike they was out to get you mate for summat you can just tell

I agree MDK as I would do the same. I think the thing that went against him was there was too many faults stacked against for them not to write the ticket out. Don`t get me wrong I don`t agree with what they did they could of exercised some leanancy seeing as he had been offroad greenlaning. In my eyes that would of given me the perfect opportunity to say I checked my lights horn etc and all was working before I started my journey officer the offroading must of caused a fault with my electrics

i would of said to them it was working this morning the horn must of got wet and the rear light connection has probably just come undone give me 10 mins ill get somoene down with some tools and fix it
had the ****s try it on me about not haveing rear indicators so just pulled the fronts off and took the switch unit off at the side of the road and said now look at the rules as now i have no indicators what so ever there is **** you can do
Didn't matter how I drove they wer on me no matter wat all lights working befor the start of the day just wires at the back cum loose and horn wire cum off and back bulb blown wen got wet he said L plates weren't good enuf just got 1 on the back but I new that any way
kinda clear the second they seen you they was gona pull no matter what ... and once pulled was gona look and dig till they found a reason for the pull or something not 100% in line with the law on the bike . they was just checking everything looking for the smallist of reasons to write you up ...
bet they after looking they kept walking off to have a little wisper chat to each other ..deciding can we or should we..
two board coppers just looking to spoil someones day or maybe they dream of owning a dtr but never have ..
remember and practice the wtf omg shocked face in the morror at home and the next time they say your
L plates missing [shoked face ]and say wow it was there the last time I stoped must have fallen off
your lights faulty or not working [shoked face] wow thet was working fine about 2 mile back i stoped to check them as it went dark
any other faults that could have happen in transit instantly say that was fine a bit ago must have just happend ill get that fixed asap officer thank you for noticeing ..
remember they can not prove you wrong in most cases but can still mean same result get a mot centre to stamp this at your cost = tax to the gov
*******s mate, Funny thing is my bike is a complete state compared to others and I haven't ever been pulled over, apart from the day I passed my CBT and got a producer for my small numberplate. I've got indicators that blink too fast, no L plates, rear brake light is dodgy and front light is far from legal.
Guess it's just down to the police, the ones round here I know quite well from seeing them all the time when I was off roading with the KX.
its not that bad to be honest they could have actually given you a fixed penalty, they have given you a chance and saved you money and points in the future, its harsh but not to bad, i always ask if one of the officers want to bum me and forget about it.
