No, just that video is sped up. He isn't actually going that fast. A news team picked it up and sped up the footage. :/ The clocks are in KM/H

Speed footage up, keep sound normal, it doesn't affect it then. It might not be sped up, but I saw it on another motorbike forum and they said it was sped up with some interesting points. Can't be bothered to find it again though. :/
