De-Restricting 1997 DT 125R

Hi all. I was just wondering how the 1997 DT's are restricted? What can I do to get it full power? I've changed the exhaust for a full DEP system (in the process of fitting) what else is there restricting them? 

 

I can't find anything on the 1997 models for restrictions?

Looks like I need to set the Powervalve up and get a new CDI from an earlier model.
