Hi guys, I got one of them led tail lights off of adrenaline pedstop and i installed it and connected it up but it stays on and i've tried switching the wires round but it either stays off or stays on and then i put the old tail light back on and now thats staying on lol does anyone know what the problem could be thanks
Most likely the back brake stuck on then. Check that mate, The metal wire which goes from the brake light sensor to the rear of the pedal has probably stretched, if thats the case i bodged it by just shortening the wire with pliers
I had a good look at it today and the light is still still staying on, I tried switching the wires round but no luck, Then i put the original light back on and that's just satying on aswel
Try adjusting the rear stop switch assy which is located near the footbrake if you follow the bar or spring that leads up from the footbrake you will come to a black unit with a thread it will have 2 wires that may need adjusting lowering down as it may be set to high
