hey guys, looks like the unevitable has happend and i have grabbed myself some yzf usd forks. looking at the yokes/stem, the bottom tapered bearing is the same, but what do i do about the top bearing, looseball in my case. and also what are the wheel, calliper arrangments?
What YZ are they from? I took delivery of a set of YZ250 forks yesterday, they had an original DT stem pressed in instead of the YZ stem and they are a perfect fit. Literally bolt straight up. I have a twin pot YZ caliper that I'm using with a bracket made by either me or my engineer. Good luck! get some pics up of the forks and your bike :)
