Yea think ill just press the dt stem into the yz yokes. Didn't you say you have play in the headstock now?

All done! Pressed dt stem out and into yz yokes. Took no time and is a perfect fit. Zero movement anywhere whatsoever! Guy next door to brewery fixes mowers...he did it for me with his press for free! (Well some beer but meh )

Only problem now is the spindle. The dtx spindle is too narrow for the forks and the yz spindle is too thick for the dtx hub! Will have to get one made up then just the extended bracket for the brembo caliper and done!

Or change the internal on the bearings to suit the spindle for those forks

Yeah. That is true. Sorted the play out now. Was actually a lot more work than yours was. So fair play.

Yeah mate just get the spidnle and bracket made up now sorted. You might have to have some milled off the caliper holder but not a problem, don't even go there with the bearings lol.

just gotta sort the spindle and caliper bracket now....great thing with these forks ist that if i buy a yz crosser wheel i can swap it straight out...whip new front brake on and just do a straight rear wheel dtr swap and bosh!

Is it deffo better to get a spindle rather than get bearings changed...?

Either or mate. Whatever you find easiest. If you can get a wheel bearing the right size and know someone with a press then its easy. If you can get a spindle made up then easy too!
