Bloody bike locked up at just over 70 and I came off. Bike's in alright shape still though. Just when I'd fitted the new forks too :(

Wr450 swingarm was sent to me but was sent back to the eBay shop cos I missed the delivery :( All it needs now is some fresh plastics and the fat swingarm! l;D
Basically, the water pump snapped before and the cog was turning but not the impeller so she got too hot and heat seized before. I think the same has happened this time too 'cos I replaced the water pump internals with one from my other engine, seemed fine but it's failed again so either there is something swimming about and damaging stuff in the engine or it's just a crap substitute part. Anyway it's back at Elderfields for it's 3rd rebuild in as many months.
Came off when it locked up cos I was coming round a sweeping right hander, skidded, clutch was playing up too so clutched in and got nothing.. ended up sliding off and ended up in a bush at the side a B road, Bike skidded along on my LOVELYYYY makeshift crash bobbins and took all the impact. Slid for a few meters mind. Nothing else wrong with it. So it seems I need a new clutch too.

Yeah, I started wearing all my gear again cos I'm working 20 or so miles from home so. Had all my stuff on so only slide on my arse and tumbled abit. I'm okay and luckily the bike is too! I love the look of the bike, the front light output is shocking though so that lets it down massively! the front end is the best bit lol
yeah man, thing is it only had a full engine rebuild 113 miles ago lol!
know this feeling m8ty ! mine did exact same at the first build i ever did ,the white plastic cog sheared all its teeth and wasnt pumping at all it seized so got it home and luckily that was all it was ! probs needed a rebore but luckily it lasted me a good 6 month lool
My dtre has had some owners. The guy i bought it from admitted he ragged the tits off it. And yet it still flies. Never went off the clock since my clocks go up to 85mph. There is no way it does 85mph lol. Maybe 70. But i refuse to believe mind does 85.
Nah, its loud as fuck. And sounds more like a scrambler, lol. It's got a full DEP too.
And my neighbours hate it. Cunt was moaning about me "his always riding that bike" when I was filling up the oil on the front. It's my only form of transport, fuck him. He couldn't say shit to my face, he had to do it in a bitchy move to his son.
