Don't know. Maybe. Maybe not. My wheels off an rs125 fit. With lots of modding. But just. The rear sprocket is nearly hitting the swingarm.

The important thing is to find out the fzr250 wheel bearings, you need bearings to take a DTR 15mm front spindle, and 20mm DTR rear spindle.

Not really a problem NEV. with the amount of work that is going to be involved it won't cost much to have a spindle mate to suit.

Aye but its the forks which dictate what size spindle you need, and if he's using DTR forks, its a 15mm and 20mm spindles he needs, then you get bearings to suit spindles.

I had to get a spindle made for mine, it wasn't for a different diameter, but to make it longer,
