took my wheel out to take to get a new tyre and i cant get it back in.
iv tried for ages and i cant get the spacers and caliper bracket to all fit in at once ? im not a idiot and i have taken various rear wheels of various bikes and put them in with out any problems, in the time iv been trying to put this wheel back in i think it took me a lot less time when i had to put my engine back in !
take it you have the bike lifted and off the ground be sure the bike is realy lifted higer than when you take it off helps to have a mate handy ? not sure why your haveing problems . I know it can be a fcker trying to hold the wheel in place along with any spacers and caliper bracket maybe get the spindle in place with cal bracket on spindle then bring wheel up to that wilst at the same time working rt=the spindle in to the wheel can also help to use a fat screw driver on the other side as a make shift spindle to help hold in place .. realy helps if some one is working the wheell as you work the spindle .
tried that way but then i cant get the other side spacer on ? i did the back wheel on my yz a couple of meeting ago took 2 minuts but this i just cant seem to get my head around lol
yeah same here cal once you find your own way of doing it then it becomes so easy and you could do it with eyes shut lol .
hard to write how to but if I was there I could do it in a min I thound sitting the bike belly on a box so the wheel is about 1" of the ground and trying to hold spacer wheel and cal bracket all in place wilst pushing spindle throu is tricky and is easy if some one is holding the wheel in place as you hold spacer spindle and bracket ..
if all else fails use string or tape to hold things in place but makeing sure you can remove the tape or string after
