as title anyone heard of this....apparently its available for the dt125r

Programmable power valve ( exhaust valve ) controller PPV-RZ2

now im no expert when it comes to mapping/programming but maybe this could be a step in the right direction when it comes to tuning the dtr/tzr/tdr and many other 125 engines that use the same engine/powervalve setup.

ive not read too much into this as ive had a few and its late but maybe this is a step further into tun ing the dt125r i will post my findings as i read more into this. (it may lead to nothing so dont count on this information but it is something else to research)

Programmable powervalve. Seems a bit pointless to me. The powervalve just opens the exhaust port. Once its open there is not anything else you can do or would want to do. Of course if your cdi retards the powervalve then yes useful. But just by derestricting your dt you can stop this.

Also just altering the powervalves position would have a similar effect. To get it to open later/earlier.

I guess it's for altering the point at which it opens, which seems pretty pointless as yam will have spent huge amounts of money perfecting it. Trying to make it better will no doubt make it worse, complex 2 stroke tuning is pretty difficult even for experienced people. (I don't mean bolting on exhausts and stuff)
