My mates husky was stolen last night "PLEASE SHARE been robbed from haydock between 2-3 in morning on 11 august ring me on 07532290358 if anyone sees or think theyve seen it two lads from kirkby PLEASE SHARE !!!!"
i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike
So many bikes getting nicked this lately, makes me want to grab a sorn off shotty and sit in the window watching my shed 24/7.
its the time of year more people get out the of roaders and leave them on show on drives ect also the scum all want a off roader to play on fields all day the same every summer time .
I had a young kid about 5 years old from one of my scummy neigbours follow me down my alley asking me where I leave my bike and where my back garden was and when I asked him why he wanted to know he just shrugged his shoulder and went red I told I,m not telling you and if you follow me my dogs might get out but he would not take the hint and **** off until his mum started screaming for him to go home it was enough to make me paranoid so my bikes about 12 inches from my back door with alarmed disc locks in both wheels it might of been nothing but for all I know he might of gone home and told his mums chavey mates where the bike is kept
He was put up to ask you by one of her friends. It's obvious. Fancy going home when you knew he was following you. If I see someone following me I stay well away from home and do some crazy riding to lose them. Filtering etc loses them within a mile. (If in a car that is.)

If you're buying a car it'd be a LOT cheaper to just get a little CG 125 and get that on the road. And you don't need insurance fraud to be able to afford it. Cheap, reliable easy to maintain. Bulletproof. Keep the DT, as a weekend / fun bike.
I plan on doing this soon, just need the funds to allow another bike. I think everyone with a DT in a rubbish area needs a daily hack. Most bikers do nowadays. :)
But, don't forget just because the CG is junk/horrible to you, a thief isn't bothered, they'll nick anything to save them walking or to have a joyride on. A lad off another forum had his 1989 or 1991 CG125 nicked from outside a cinema. Nothing is safe these days.

What you need danny is just a piece of shīt. Something not even worth stealing if you're that concerned. I have my dt stolen before. It's not nice. If it gets stolen again, now with all the mods i've done, i genuinely would give up on bikes. I appreciate where you're coming from. Lifes a bitch.
my insurance is sound its in my name and address, and ino liam thats made me think twice about havin a bike now

they will nick anything given the chance I have see them on local fields on a bmw k13000 it was mental and yes when the tyres finaly gave up they burnt it brought tears to my eyes regardless of cc or make or year they will knick it if they can cars are the same so dont think having a car is safer .
it all comes down to what you put in place to stop them or slow them down .
Round my ways car theft is very rare! More likely to steel your reg then the actual car!! My car has a full Clifford alarm system and if anyone practically blows on my car it goes off!

Around here you'll get your car nicked if you leave the keys in the ignition and go to the post box to put some letters in.
Or if you have a decent car, they'll just break into your house for the keys.
They go around here trying every door around the estate in the early hours of the morning seeing if anyone has forgot to lock their doors, if they have they'll take what they can.
Friends bike got stollen, we went out to look for the van which two lads turned up in to come view the bike yesterday (only people who have came to view it) found the van driving around so I chased up after it, got the reg then went to turn round but the van had turned back around and blocked us in followed by a transit van which was seen around my friends in the early hours of the morning. So blocked in they looked at me and I looked back I just thought f.uck it then took off over the pavement with them hot on out heals in hot pursuit I managed to out run them but they was keen in getting us!

... You bring weapons if you're chasing vans. Or go incognito to find where they live.
If its in Kirkby, then they'll be ragging it past my warehouse any day now. I can always hear them from the office and I'll be able to get out and have a look. Might not be much help but I'll be able to text you to let you know, they usually hang around for 20 minutes or so using the estate as a race track and **** off when security turn up. If I'm on my bike I'll go out and keep them entertained until you get here or if my warehouse lads are still at work, I'll just get them to knock the **** out of the scrotes and rob the bike back.
Not heard anyone today mind and we were there until 8 and its been dry.
