hi can i use the dtx bearings and brake pads for the dtr replacement wheel and caliper? and can i use the same disc from the dtx rear to fit on the dtr rear wheel?

oh and i assume i can use the same spindle...

I've had no experience myself. I am led to believe the spindle is the same. And that the rear disc is the same. If the spindles the same then the inner diameter of the bearing will be the same. Couldn't say for the outer diameter. Not sure on the brake pads. Never had a dtx. But they're cheap enough to buy new ones anyway. £15 for top of the range pair.

The swingarm is identicle apart from where the caliper guard goes so I would say for sure it will be the same, costs them alot of money to totally re design these parts when there is no need to.

The DT X has a thinner pad than the dtr caliper though.
