My replacement end cap exhaust side came through and fitted today but have noticed with the cap on it sounds like tge valves struggling to turn but when caps removed sounds healthy looked up exhaust port and valve seems to turn ok and sits in the open position after cleaning cycle
Valve sounds good when cap is off its never had one fitted before when I first got it it was missing so popped a core plug in there till I could find one its only when the caps on is it worth taking it out and cleaning
is the cap putting pressure on it ? maybe this is the correct way it should sound with cap on ? maybe it was to lose with out and thats why it sounded diffrent
whats it actualy run like speed wise with it on ? any changes
Bikes now all back together engine wise cleaned powervalve with a little polishing tool kit put some 2 stroke around the valve snd its turning freely again with the cap on
