There's two Bush's and a sleeve

You wanna check the sleeve for wear aswell

I get my parts from here, there's diagrams aswell

That's the easiest one mate

Taking the shock off might be impossible haha, mine was seized onto the collars and the bolt! I ended up throwing it in scrap

Anyway, put your bike on a stand then undo the nut on the other side of that bolt. You can then slide the bolt out, you might need a few taps to shift it then wipe off all the grease. you can then see if there's any wear to the sleeve, it will most likely be worn on one side. to clean the inside where the bush's are just spray some wd40 and it will loosen all the grease. To get them out your gonna need a hammer and a punch. Just be careful not to score the race where the bush's fit, that's why I said use a punch instead of a screwdriver.

The Haynes manual will help you loads of you've got one

To make our easier you could take the whole linkage off, that's if you can get the bolt out the bottom of the shock
