Hello Mate :)

Yeah, things to look out for include the decompression lever, make sure it's still springing back when you let go off the lever. Check the brakes for leaking, make sure the wheels spin freely etc. People often tighten the chain too much because they forget the suspension is straight from the 426 motocross bike. So is soft as **** and when you sit on the bike the chain goes hella tight!

other than that, ask when it last had an oil change. Cos their high maintenance in that department! They only hold 400ml of oil IIRC. So they need changing regularly :)

Does the 2000 have an electric start? I dunno too much about the slightly newer ones.

Heres mine.. :)

Hahaah thanks fella yeah it all seems good in all areas well cared for brand new fluids all round new filter new plastics an decals taxed an motd and some sort of yzf mod he was talking about . gonna do a few little mods myself today speedo an stuff then take it for a good run.
still the kickstart model tho i would have liked an elecy start that can take some getting used to the decomp thing in conjustion with the kicker but it fires ok idles ok runs a treat

theres how it stands at present its crying out for a set of sm wheels
