Best jack-up dogbone size for 6'3" 15 stone bloke?

Hi guys. I would like to jack the back end up a bit more. I love the look of the DTR when the backs a bit higher than standard and also would like it to look how it does standard, but with the weight of me on it. Would 5cm be too much? There is a company of ebay that sells dogbones with 4 different heights depending on how they're fitted, but I think the maximum jack-up is 25mm on them.

Yes i've seen those mate, steer well clear, they're ****e.

Well, they just don't bump it up very much when you think about it.

I went for the ones from Germany, try find those on Ebay, shouldn't be hard. They're a great finish and the cutting is nice aswell.

They should be the perfect fit for a tall bloke like you, cause i'm 6ft and like a really nice tall stanced out bike. I can't comment on how much they bump the bike up, but if you read the description when you find them it says how much, but it gives A LOT more height than the other options out there.

Just bought a set of the German ones. It says between 4-6cm raise, so should do the job. Only a shade under £20 delivered aswell, which is a touch. Cheers for the heads up!

I'm 6'5" and altered my ride hight with fork spacers and home made dog bones. I discovered you're limited to what the shock will allow before it locks up the swinging arm, I ended up replacing the shock for a slimmer DT125SM unit and got even better gains in hight.
I'm really happy with how well my bike fits me now, I can just get my heels on the ground:)
