For the last couple of weeks I've been selling a few bits on ebay and its been going ok apart from having 3 non paying bidders that I had to report but I found out you now cannot leave negative feedback to the buyers who do not pay its crazy and you have to give them positive feedback. I checked one bidder's feedback he had won 4 auctions and only paid for 2 items, you can still leave bad comments but under positive feedback. How do they think this is a fair way of selling if you can't highlight the bad buyers it's a joke???
I thought for legal reasons they HAD to pay for the item they purchased, the only other way is if it arrives and when they see it they say it wasn't as was described by the seller
Its what happened to me, i didn't want my dt but for some reason my dad saw i was looking for one and gave some guy an offer for his sm, i was after the dtr aswell!! Ohwell, he felt so bad so i felt sorry for him lol and just bought the bloody thing!! Werent gonna go all the way to york just to plan on finding a reason to decline it
Anyway lol, i would look into that mate maybe complain straight to ebay, im sure they make an agreement when they put in a bid
