what you think bit rough round edges lad says he works in police impound and has all documentation
etc for it apart from logbook he says has all the stolen papers etc so is it all above board you think i can have it for 400 but i think its a bit steep
Also that's clearly stolen. Or was stolen, so why was it in the impound and not returned to the owner / insurance, as I'm sure they will of paid out.
It looks like a shed... I've had poo's prettier than that!
A lot of £ will have to be sunk into it for it to be decent.
Don't forget, I'd take anything the seller says with a very light pinch of salt. They're telling you what you want to hear so you buy it. Or just any b*llocks they can think of when you turn up.
nice bike this and the sellers well trust worthy even takes a pic with the bike in question but conveniently is looking down the side with his arm in the way of his face also he states its his 1989 dt well with out a log book o proof off ownership you will find its still belongs to the compound.
hpi check is a must as said the insurance would have paid out.
If the insurance have paid out, it's the insurances bike. So therefore the plod should have returned it to the insurance company. The only time the police won't do this is when the serials have been ground off, as there's absolutely no way of proving the engine & frame belong to the person that had their DT stolen a few days prior. :(
Lol at MDK comment, We can see this well healed DT owner has been really busy working on his project. Ragging it around feilds and the streets don't count as a project lol.
Some of these adverts are so funny. There is a not bad one near me for £250 no frame numbers but plenty spares thrown in to. I should really buy it but I can't be assed dealing with scrotes, it always ends up a waste of time.
not fussed about what it will be worth etc i plan o nkeeping it for a commuter for as long as i can etc has nobody got a frame on here for sale or a rolling project road lergal
