bike sound funny

Track down the noise then. Seems strange it only does it from 30mph up and in 6th. Get the bike in the garage and give everything a check over. Better to spend an hour or two checking everything now than have something go wrong whilst your riding it.

it starts fine runs cold doesn't knock i dunno could be just because bikes so quite with stock exhaust that i think its knocking everything tight today speed cable snapped so says 0 all the time i honestly dunno hope nothing bad hard to listen when riding near engine and look where your going ....

guess so ... you guy wouldn't tell with a dep wouldn't be able to hear it but with stock exhaust i hear everything ill double cheak everything tomorrow but i put hand on engine throttle up couldn't feel knocking

oh good today left work hard to get out on road busy bike cold pull away it like doesn't rev up because cold so had to shirt because would pull and sound tappy i dunno keep using it till it goes wrong or stays working

Woah 6th gear 30MPH. You realize that's high load on the engine?

Keep the engine revving freely mate. Just don't hit the power valve. About 5-6K RPM's the valve kicks in I think??? Not rode a DT in a long time haah

You're suppose to warm your bike up before you ride it so this doesn't happen and it doesn't braek

about 2mm into the white is where i normally get mine to before setting off

i ddo let it idle 6th my gears r well low pull away in 2ed oh maybe im in a to higher gear haha

I usually run my bikes at lower rpms (low load) for the first few miles, its got to warmed up to operating temp before you can start thrashing it, as most of the engine wear is done when cold, on the v16 diesels I work on, we preheat the coolant the day before up-to around 70C so that when the engines are started it is already warm and reduces long term wear...

and for that matter I learned the hard way about warming up tyres on bigger sports bikes... ate grass at the first big bend... that was in the 90's ... learned that lesson well

the noise might be your drive chain needing lube, or streched/old...... or not adjusted right...

From cold i probably do 7-10 mins, then 2-3 miles under 6k rpm

Damn straight I'm paranoid. Why would you use 3 different IP addresses in the space of 12 hours. Weird enough they're BTOpen addresses so could be coffee shops and what not.

But It is just paranoia which is why he isn't banned, at the end of the day 3 IP addresses isn't impossible. I use my Mobile, Home and work so there is 3 IP addresses. But this is three I've clocked. There may be more.
