steam pressing

hi guys . so i have these kdx 125 forks, and i was just thinking  where can i get the steam pressed out and pressed in to the kdx yokes. the bottom of the kdx forks seams to fit right in to the dt headstock its just that there aint enough thread to tie them down

 An engineer? i assume most that do rebore's and such would have a press

Edit: probably also need a collar made up
