Aye Dave it's a breather, just run a pipe/tubing off it over the back end of the engine.

Nev I see what you mean about the angle now. That's a real bend in that inlet. Looks like a restriction to me. I'd just have to bodge the 4DL on there somehow.

In no hurry anyway so will just take my time.

I always find is easyer to get the air box on first and the carb last .

what pipes on right side ? think theres only 1 water to rad and 1 oil to pump ?

maybe get things where you think they go or know and show us a pic then we can maybe point out whats correct or in wrong place

As said these are just breather pipes and over flows, apart from the warming pipes which are plumbed into the head.

No. That is suppose to screw into the casing to hold the pipe in place.

And FT for the bracket mounts.

all looks good atm dont try and make pipes look neat by pushing them places they will take a natural route with no kinks or bends .

and any cables or wires such as the clutch or rev cable can be tricky once fitted turn turn your bars left and right to be sure they are not pinchedt or pulling the cable if that makes sense .. did it once my self and when I turned left it would rev up as the cable was pulling and was not fun lol .

I have an 07 DTX and headlight comes on when key is in. Only thing that doesnt come on is high beam warning light, that comes on when engine started.
