my old girl maybe second time out of the shed in a year or so .

started after 2-3 kicks  even after being under cover in my moldy old shed for over a year .

thought I should get her out dust of the cobwebs and mould  and give her a good clean  .

dont mind the crappy stickers I got bored one day and went sticker crazy maybe will peel them back of at some point ... whe I get my hands on the full correct sett for that year .

will update  with more pics if I carry out any work or make any changes

yeah she pritty much is original still have the red seat int he shed but its got a hole or two but everything else is just about how she was new .

would love to say I may use her in the summer but I said that last year also and tbh I have ridden her maybe 2-3 times on the fields across the road just to run the engine in all the time I have had her/it  poor bikes spent  10 years in a barn untouched and now I think around 2-3 years in my shed also unridden maybe this year ill mot and use her but then again chances are she will sit in the shed till next year .

I do get her out at least once every month or so to start and keep things moveing but thats about it .

plan is to totaly strip and give it a mega full clean touchup and service as the weather gets warmer  but plans change lol was thinking of maybe selling her this year but again still unsure .

Mdk. There is nothing wrong with that. You know for a fact it is only rising in value. Until they rerelease two strokes again these legendary bikes will keep climbing. Well sought after and are asking for silly money.

very true .. since I have had it the price has gone up crazy to say I paid £450 and spent little on her I would be well in to profit if I ever sell . and think she is kinda special as a 1 owner rider and 1 owner storer lol so she realy is a 1 owner bike .  think if I ever do sell I may well cray a day later but its a shame she dont get used .

suppose I can be thankfull some chav didnt buy here and abused the hell out of it and if I did sell I would be very selective on the buyer  lol .

just found the first pic fromt he ebay advert  from what the sell said he bought it new from shop used it for a couple of years on road in in some comps as semi pro rider of some sort then she was locked in that barn in the pic for 10 years untouched ..

in most cases this would sound like total crap but given the guy deliverd me the bike in a car towing a horse trailer maybe worth more than my house and the way he spoke I have no reason not to trust what he said along with some old mots and all the old tax discs still in place .

gave her a damn good clean service grease and all liquids and oils changed along with carb clean she started almost streight away and runs great .

yeah as said above they cross over on some models ... see the numbers 1-2 behind the cables they match up to 1-2 above the pully wheel case .
