hey guys do you need a killswitch to pass a mot ?

i blew my dt up ... but i fixed it.... Then i crashed it.... but i didnt fix it right and 2 scouser's come in the middle of the night and left me with a working bike

I would say definatly,

although some old classic bikes wouldn't have them so maybe not, but thats only clutching at straws as to why it might not be the case,

If there's one on your bars then it HAS to work to pass, but if you dont have one then it's okay.

Nope. Not a single moped / scooter has a killswitch. Just the ol' key barrel.

no need for killswitch- mine wasnt connected although the switch was there. Tester stated that aslong as engine can be turned off via ignition then fine
