Well wen id rebuilt bike n got it on the road av discovered pipe out of end cans like a tea bag so tried exhaust paste n a bandage but the thing is I can still hear it blowing !
Am I goin nuts or is that possible ?
Wen I put my head down nr clocks the sound is gone but if im sat upright or turnin my head its much louder .
Av checked all system over n no holes or signs of blowing good seal onto exhaust port as its got the o/e ring n exhaust sealant round rest of flange ? hmm
So what im getting at is it poss that the sound im hearing is the tail pipe thru all that gunk ???
ps wen I shut throttle its poppin n crackeling as revs drop n has stopped a few times as ive pulled up at a junction etc as if no tickover has started straight up on all but one occasion
Did nt have any fueling issues until I filled up Saturday !
Any ideas ppl Am getting new DEP end can in a few weeks n avin old pipe stripped n new pipe welded in by a mate 4 spare !
