If you're making some up it may be well worth your time getting a bunch made up to sell on the forum. You could get a bunch of people who want some to put down a deposit and then pay you once it's all done.
If i can find the measurements an people would want them id be more than happy to get extras an help out, want to give him some measurements first an see what the cheapest price i can get is, its mainly the price of the steel that would cost, but i can most probable get them made for free in college if they have the right grade steel :) nothing amazing looking like the ones on ebay tho hahah
