Hi guys, anyone know whats going on? This hole, for which to me its purpose is unknown, keeps spitting out oil when i kick it over, it might leak whilst running aswell im not sure
after i cleaned my bike from yesterday, this represents exactly what is happening pre-wash with oil instead of water
Start it up and let it tick over, see if it spits out? Or rev it a little, or a quick lap around the garden? Then stop and see if its leaked down the engine?
Wouldn't want to take it track spitting oil out, will blow it up.
See, ive been going practice for the last 3 weeks and there's always been abit of sand/grit sticking around the hole, cant be leaking too bad because as you say it would have blown up
Ill start her up and revv her abit see what its saying
Supposed to check oil after every race, or even change it, aren't you? Is there oil missing? Measure how much you put in and how much you take out. If there isn't a dramatic change, then I doubt it's leaking.
Every KX I've bought has been problematic... Second one tried to kill me.
Ah yes got it going a minute ago, revved it on the limiter a couple of times but mostly let it tick over/light revvs, no obvious sign of any oil coming out
