We'll doing the Ride of Respect again tomorrow for the 4th time, bike all cleaned and ready to go, Bristol to Abingdon and back all good fun, arse is gonna kill me!!!

steal a cussion of the sofa and tape it to the seat ..

once taped a strip of sponge to the ball crusher part of the seat realy did the trick .

on longer rides seem to spend more time trying to move back on the seat only to slide back to the front everytime you touch the breaks
