Right then my little chums I've got a crf150 due in next week sometime for a complete engine rebuild and basically a good clean up, just wondering should I do a thread on it and show you some engine porn plus is it worth getting and a impact drive, I've already got a torqe wrench, piston ring clamp and a heat gun any other things I could get to help? Obviously got all my rachet set and spannerd plus Allen keys

Hhmm interesting. Possible timing issue failed there. Could be more expensive than it is worth mate. Good for just out of curiosity but may end up costing you a small fortune,

Never used an impact drive. Are they really good for stubborn bolts then? I've always used a small chisle and a hammer to get them to move then get the Philips (or whatever bolt/screw it is) and undo it that way and bin the screw.

Impact drivers are so helpful.

Essentially that's what it does. But it doesn't destroy the head if used properly. It uses high force but small turning motion to remove stubborn bolts. (And relieves stress!)

It releaves stress by letting you think you are getting your own back as you hit it with the HAMMER    Ha Ha Ha hope fully with out doing damage as by the time you have got that out the box it is as a last resort and you dont care any more if it does not work you are going to use the hammer to destroy it lol
