Police can't check it, so  your ok in that respect.

I was driving for 2-3 months after my licence got revoked with no CBT, apparently my CBT went with it.

Got pulled by a bumhole officer looking for something to do me on, he spent 20 mins on phone to dvla saying some bs about I don't know if you can ride after getting your licence revoked on L plates.

After the phone call, he asked me if I had a CBT and if I retook my CBT after my licence was revoked.

I said yes and took the next week, huge scam the CBT it put's idiots on the road with no training tbh.

Even the instructors say it's bull****. All the certificates get shipped to Swansea and shoved in the worlds biggest filing cabinet - no database or anything...

Insurance companies ask for copies of your CBT in the event of a crash. No use sending in an obvious expired one or a non-existent one.

My insurance company have asked for a copy with my license even though I haven't had a crash or claimed, or they'll revoke my policy.

For the sake of £100 and a day of your time, I'd just do it and bin the L's at the first opportunity. I'm stuck on a 125 for another year, damn EU laws.
