57 rear 16 front.

100 kph? bout 60 mph. A fully restricted DTR sounds about right.. you won't push much more than that without compensating loads of bottom end. Even my TZR setup is about 70-80 mph.

It's fully de restricted cal
It has loads of power but is redlining at that speed so I'm guessing someone set it up for speed.

Kk, check those sprocket setup then.I'm assuming you want 428 pitch as well. Standard sprocket on 520 is different. 13 is standard front. Don't know standard rear 520.

I cant work this at all. ive counted the front sproket as 16, the back is marked down as 57. which is standard. the back tire is 18"

that should be all standard?? why am I only getting 100kph then in 6th ???

I just cant work it out

Either it's not derestricted mate or it wants a good service!

Air filters are often neglected. Are you positive that the derestrictions have been done? And when was the last time the piston was changed?

its not a power problem cal, it really does shift in 6th. The tach meter is saying the engine is at 10k rpm but its only showing as 100kph on the dials. so its got the power it just doesnt have the rev range left to get it off the clock.

yeah im sure it is mate, the pipes been cut and re-welded. the air intake restriction has been removed. ect

What about the reed switch, powervalve etc.

It's either, restriction, worn engine or speedo's wrong.
