Hmm, why would you want a full rebuild doing? You've not long done a top end? Maybe your oil pump is out or failed? A few on here have suffered from bad pumps. Premixing isn't as complex as people make out. You'll only have to clean the carb if you don't start it up once every week or two when it's sitting over winter etc. Nice little warm up each 2 weeks or so, then turn the fuel off and leave it to sit. :)
