made this little contraption today in work, 12v battery some crocodile clips and a Push to talk swirch from an aircraft! Oh and some locking wire to heat up!!

cool would say to stop the wires also melting or getting hot add two carbon rods ...

heres A tut video I made a while back ..used to do this all the time to repair and melt scrap gold .
