I think this guy is from here, he has a video titled with the administrator's name and a displeasing word about him.
Anyone remember/know him? Or know what engine it's actually running?
He seems like a bit of an idiot, in one video he got pulled over and the officer is clearly heard saying "Last time I pulled you over you had no insurance or MOT."
