have seen a few nice looking dt on flea bay that are being sold as imports with no uk reg but come with import duty payed .but you need to send of for uk reg with a nova( ?) slip.Theres a nice lilac one on there 1990 , 15k (9000 miles) £1400 . I take it as these are full power as imports with a wired working power valve . what are your views worth a look or run a mile. Have seen 3 or 4 in the last few months and they all look pretty tidy and tend to be a lower price than a similar uk model...
I like those colours. Personally it sounds like aggro. They are pretty extensive for wanting proof of purchase and what not. I don't know it apl but it's possible. Looks nice though. I probably would for £1400
in no rush to buy but these do look in good nick.just seems like it could be hassle .I've seen dts ,ts and loads of lc 2/350s .the lc's are mainly from Germany.
Seems good for the money, but am unsure about this one. Is it with a dealer? What's the story with it. It does look pretty clean to be fair :D And might not be too bad. But you won't be able to HPI it which is annoying.
its on ebay at the moment. Not a dealer. that's the thing I don't know if you can HPI it .being an import and not being uk registered. will just keep my eyes open. just never seems to be anything local. theres a nice re with a possible swop with a 600+ bike but guess where Scotland..so not far.
That's a 1988 3DD Swiss model in Endurance Blue, not a 1990. Exhaust is restricted in 2 places and full to the brim with sound deadening so needs throwing in the bin. Easy to register just fill in a V55/5 and send it to DVLA with an MOT insurance the Nova form Swiss logbook and a dating letter from Yamaha or one of the clubs who can do them, 50 quid from Yamaha and varies from the clubs and its about 70 quid for the road tax and first reg fee.
