Hi

If the hole is just slightly too small you could try drilling it out? It must be made to come out so you can split the cases. Or try pressing it out using a small G clamp and some heat from a blowlamp but 1 wrong move and the cases could crack

the original hole is the right size but they stuck a rubber bush with a metal sleave into it and i cant get the lil bitch out drilling would be no good as the metal would just turn in the rubber bush..ive tried prying it out and that got me nowhere fast lol

Just had a look around my spare engine

Is that motor from a TZR or something, looks like the sleeve is for a 8mm mounting bolt.

The bottom hole is the one your working on but the above hole seems to have the same rubber/sleeve thing.

With the cases split it was fairly easy with a vice + a few sockets.

The metal bush has a lip which would make it impossible to press out one way (i think)

Also the rubber was sheered off like its glued in.

Hope this helps

Try gripping one end of the sleeve with mole grips and drilling, that way would also confirm if the sleeve is in two pieces.
