is there much difference between these bikes ie power ,restrictions , any info which is better really , only asking as thinking for buying a 2005 re frame , but would like and early 90s but if not much difference then I might as well buy the re frame

To answer your question, if you want a 90's DTR then buy a 90's Frame.

There are subtle differences in the frames and engines. Only subtle. But they are not directly compatible.

I don't support this site any more. But happy to answer questions on the new one!
