on the deltabox tdr125 there is a honeycomb catalic inside the expansion chamber this is very restrictive for the bike to get rid of it simply grind a 2 1/2 inch by 2 1/2 inch square out of the expansion chamber and pull out the catalic then simply weld the plate back on.

dont forget to check the jetting though as it mght require it....

Hi if your exhaust is the black standed couler, then i would suggest using the exhaust paint from Halfords. It comes in a little tin costs about a fiver, just give your exhaust a couple of coats of that. It covers up rust, grinds, scrapes etc and makes everything look new again, its very good stuff!

i removed the cat from my pipe but it ran me into alot of trouble, the cat is welded in and is very hard to remove, i chiseled it out but it left tiny pieces of platinum lying about the exhaust which led to an engine rebuild!!!! just get an older pipe without the cat or sound dampening, or get a dep or arrow etc. the standard exhaust costs a fortune!! anyway when u go to mot the bike u mmay need to put the origional pipe on again
