got my dt125re about 4 weeks ago its an 06 ive run it in its been for its first service , ive earthered the 4th wire from the connector block behind the headlight and tbh i havent noticed much difference, but i can do 70mph in 5th and only 75mph in 6th im not sure if thats just the sprockets or not though but i got told by my mate if i turn the power valve around it will go faster is this true?
i dunno but i went out on it today and it was normal but i went to the petrol station put more oil in and well it was like a rocket faster than its ever bin coul here like a weid buzzin sound i coul hit 80 but i stopped then re-started and it went normal again :( but it keeps doin it :S
i have a 04 plate dtr re ,does anyone know where the best and cheapest place his to buy one of these dep pipe what everyone his on about ,my bike only goes 65 flate out .
i had my wire earth lastnight, all it does is stops the engine retaring when it gets to a certain RPM. like before you earth the wire, when your raging it down a straight road the revs will go up and pause for a second, then then the bike gives you a suddon jolt of power taking the revs right up. by earthing the wire it just stops this pause and lets the engine rev freely
HI everone i;m roge 42 trying to re live the good old days , I to am having trouble with my 06 dtre 125 just ordered exhaust what do i do with rubber pipe from air box to cat, no2 is it a must to cut the flap in the reed box to take the power up, no3 this is my first forum if ive done out rong forgive me and thanks lads
