Hi i have a 2002 dt125 and i have problems with the lighting, the indicators flash fast and i keep blowing indicator and head light bulbs. Does anybody have an idea of what this could be! Cheers Danny

Sounds like the rectifier could be on its way out. If its doing that to bulbs imagine what its doing to the CDI

hi guys do the lights flicker when shes on tick over also when you rev her up when lights are on do they get brighter.if they fade when you rev her up the rectifier is gone.its posible that the rectifier is blowing the bulbs

i agree, its the rectifier mate, get a new un, this happened on my kl 250, cured the problem, BUT

there was a reason the rectifier blew!, check for loose connections to the battery, that is what killed the KL's the knob left a loose connector!

Sorry for the late reply guys, lights do flicker on tickover and get brighter when revved they do not fade when revved but they have stopped blowing bulbs now !!!! seems alright but il get 1 to cover myself any way thanks for all your help guys i do apreciate it
