earthin the green wire on a tdr125

i cut the blue/black wire and earthed it,aswell as unplugging my powervalve servo(pinning my powervalve 90% open)and now its a beast!!!!!!!! it pulls as quick as my m8,s 2006 aprillia(atleast untill 70mph)

You realise that you've done nothing than pin the PV open right? That wire just means the PV opens/closes fully rather than closing after certain amount of revs

no m8 i didnt realise that? i earthed the blue black wire,then tried it out but the powervalve was,nt opening fully.i think its got a bit of a carbon build up?its quite stiff to turn .(without the cabbles attached)i attached the cables then pushed the powervalve as far open as it would let me.(its open about 90%)then unplugged the servo.i will probably try the servo again after ive cleaned off the powervalve(but im in no rush)ive only taken the bike out a couple of times because i cant tax it untill tomorow.....

Yeah i'd say give it a good clean mate lol. Make sure it can turn freely
