tzr wheels on a 1990 dtr

what is involved in swapping to some road wheels,do any of the tzr wheels swap over,i know there will probably be calliper mounting problems,somebody must have done it tho,also tdr compatability, thanks phill

tdr is best as you will need the forks also.
all that is needed is a complete front end from a tdr (forks, brake caliper, master cylinder and brake line, speedo cable (shorter then normal dtr) and obviously the wheel ;)
The rear wheel should fir strait in the dtr swingingarm.
You will also need a stand as it will make your bike some what smaller then a standard dtr.

If your thinking about swapping forks.......Uk TDR forks are alot shorted that DTR forks so your steering geometry will change and it'll feel very twitchy. Your best getting Paioli forks from an import as they are only an inch shorter

cheers for the info guys,the bike is too high for the misses so will make up longer dog bones for now and probably look at fork and wheel change in the winter
