hi just for a start can someone please actually help me insted of just ignoring my postes. anyway is it possible to have the barrel re linered. and how much will it cost. is it just more economical to buy a new barrel. please actually help me this time it would be much apriciated thankes jon-01furiousfuriousfuriousfuriousfuriousfuriousevileyefuriousfurious

Sorry I can't really answer your question, but you could probably get a decent used barrel of ebay for not much.

What has happened to your barrel?

If its not too scored you could get it overbored slightly and fit an oversize piston and rings.

hi the barrel is not to scores but i am not sure if it has any barrel left to be rebored!! also when re fitting the powervalve i cant figure out which way it should facecrycan u help. lol

Been having my own problems with the power valve lol!

If you dont have a servo and just want to pin it so it is open, then make sure the hollow is inline with the top of the port.

It should be roughly in this position (only half the valve is in that pic)

also with the power valve what positon do i put it in when fitting a servo/pully? thenks jon01

I think it should be set up so that it starts from the fully open position.

Just make sure the mark in the plastic lines up with the hole behind it and that the valve is open when in this position and not going to hit the piston.

Yeah if the round part is at the back it will hit the piston, so it you were to turn it anti-clockwise on that pic it would hit.

thanks you are a legand you just saved me totally screwing my barrel!!!!! took it out to dicover thati had put it in backwares. chears.could have been closesmile.giflol!idea
