I think it cost £7.45 for the plug and £1.80 for postage.

yep, found it and ordered myself one.
Got a normal NGK one the other day from a local bike place, rode the bike once and the spark plug failed and I got stuck 2 miles from the road in the middle of no-where. luckily was with mates, also on bikes, so they rode back and got me a spare plug.

I will be remembering to take a spare plug in future!!!

cool, did you notice much difference with the DEP? Do you do much offroading and if so does it effect you low end grunt ie. getting up hills etc

Ive only riden my bike off road and on a test track near me(i am still waiting for my provisional licence) ive posted in the tuning section what my thoughts of the dep are but the answer is yes,i noticed LOADS of difference with the dep,you can really feel the powerbands, its like they have doubled LOL my bike now wheelies and feels more like a motor x bike, all you have to do is sit back a bit on the seat and lean back a bit and as soon as you hit the band the front lifts.I have lost a bit off the bottom but it coped well enough for me off road and even up the hills,as soon as you hit 7k it fooking flies,my mate has a standered dt and after he had a go on mine he had a massive smile on his face and couldnt believe how fast it was,it sounds amazing as well,i love it and would recomend one to anyone. Now i just need a 15 tooth front sprocket and my bike will be how i want it.

Thanks for the info syks.
Think i will have to get myself a full dep, i have a big one back and standard front (that has apparently been de-restricted) but i can't rev past 7k so something is definately restricted somewhere.
Have a DT breakers near me that apparently does a 2nd hand full dep for £75...might give that a try rather than splashing out on a new one.

you will defo be able to redline with the full dep system, the first time i tried it i found it hard to stay out of the red,as soon as you hit 7k it flies like buggery straight into the red.

whats the difference like then with these ngk iridum plugs in ?

ive ordered one myself today, interested to see if it really does improve acceleration and all the rest of it ?

also pedderz....

where is that breakers you mention with the deps for £75 ?  , i wanna geta  dep or a big one system, but 75 for a second hand one sounds better than 240 for a new one thats gonna dent and rust up easily from what ive read !

im also in hampshire, down portsmouth way !

let me know the palce and number, cheers

Haven't been out on mine with the iridium plug in yet but will post feedback when i do. I don't expect a massive difference tho

Polsta -
The breakers is called 'Breaking 125' in Aldershot. I haven't been there myself but a mate did say he has a lot of DT stuff and that the full deps were cheap. Just googled them and the number is 01252 330060

Let me know how tyou get on

Cheers
