Hi,
My bike is miss firing at 7000 revs onward... which sparkplug is best for these i have took the washer thing thats inside the front pipe out and welded it back together the bike is a 2002 model and i'm using the oil pump which 2 stroke oil is best for these i was thinking of buying a more expensive race oil for it... i'm only using the bike for offroading at the moment... does anyone happen to know what the problem is with it?

Thanks

Spark plug, alternatate between a BR9ES, or a BR8ES, or iridium BR9IEX or BR8IEX, all depending on how rich/hot the bike runs.  My BR9IEX runs ok, but carbs up after a while, a BR8IEX runs great, but the temperature gauge gets more of a work out.

Oil, id say use Castrol TTS, good quality 2 poke oil! about 11 benjamins a litre.

Do you think your 7k rpm problem could be associated with the PV, maybe the PV is in its closed position, restricted revs above 7k?

Jamie
