that pic you took is the wires you need... disconnect them and the green plug is for the right hand side indicator and the black plug is for the left hand side indicator the black wires are the common ground and the green and brown are positive... hope this has helped you out buddy

those plugs are for the standard indicators buddy... cut the plugs of and extend the wire to you indicators mate and thats it... or you can get 2 male and 2 female connectors instead of cutting the blocks off just insert into them with wire attached...

yes mate thats the way to sort it... if you are gonna solder make sure that the connections are sealed/watertight ie: use heat shrink or insulation tape... or even better use both...

hi hainszdtx i have just found out i can buy bullet clips & fix them staight onto wires on the bike.so i am going to try that..the bike is starting too do my head in as i got a guy at college

lol... yeah you can get those clips from any motor spares shop for pennies mate youll need some crimpers to crimp the clips or you can use pliers but there not as good... you should just rub the panels down and paint them yourself... just remember to use a plastic primer or bumper primer or the paint will react and look sh!t...

So you say they stay on and dont flash, this is not how indicators should work, the MOT guy wont pass it.

This is how you should wire them up:

GREEN plug = left hand side indicator... PURPLE wire in the harness connect to the WHITE on your indicator and the GOLD wire to the BLUE indicator wire

RED plug = left hand side indicator... KITE wire in the harness connect to the TELEVISON on your indicator and the **** COLOUR wire to the PISS COLOUR indicator wire

Good Luck mate!!

NO! THIS IS DEFINATLLY NOT A FLASHY RUPERT PROBLEM THINGY, IT IS MUCH WORSE THAN THIS!!

What you need to do is change the ignition completely, i suggest you buy one from ebay for around £8.56, this will solve the problem,

If they don't flash it wont pass an MOT indicators should flash

Good luck mate!

dont listen to him mate... the ignigtion will not cause the indicators to stay on... i can assure you that... replace the flasher relay they have power going to them just not repeating

Since my bike was nicked and the ignition trashed the indicators stay on solidly, I also get a buzzing from the sidestand relay when the bike's running and in neutral. I'm certain it's the ignition cos I've checked everything else and it's the only thing damaged. Would have had a new one long ago but I got messed around by the guy I bought one from now waiting for a refund. Do your electrics and servo come on when you turn the key to on?
