RIGHT. FIRSTLLY. I HOPE YOU HAVENT JUST GOT OUT A GRINDER AND GROUND A TOOTH OFF!

Just let me tell you somthing my mate did this and let me say 'he is a complete idiot when it comes to bikes!! he said it would work and i said it woundnt, and guess what it didnt work..... no differance at all!!!

So mate i suggest you go and buy a new sproket without the ground out tooth, ebay is the best bet ive seen one for about £26 .

Good luck MATE!!

^^^lol, your harsssse. And to the question, yeah it will make a difference - going one tooth lower on the front roughly equates to 4 and a half on the rear...it will be easier to wheelie.

1 off the front or put 3 on the back, this will allow you to wheelie better although id rather put 3 on the back as id rather have bigger than smaller as doesnt wear down as quickly too smile.gif

lowering the ratio's will just make it more revvy.. putting the ratio's up will make less revvy so you wont have to be constanly changing gear.. you'd be able to sit in 1st/2nd for longer too..
