Managed to fit the pedals this morning as i didn't need any bolts lol ... just cleaned them up a bit . Then tried mock fitting of bits again .

Pedals on

Cleaned up those little bolt things that hold them on

colour coded , think I'll keep these instead of getting DTX ones

OK so this is what I'm up to today if i can get a chance around shopping

Last mock fit for now

Then got busy sanding

One can of primer later and sanded again for a smooth finish ( no idea how to wet and dry so screw that )

Primed again and will paint later today ( and yes i will be able to see the levels lol )

Oh yeah got busy with this as well

Finished pics later ....

Today's progress ....

First things first I started noticing scratches on the underside of the frame so had to get a stand ( well chuffed biggrin )

Then sorted out bolts by sizes ...

Then got backup

.... but later for that no

Everything's dry and 2000 coats of lacquer later ... this is what they look like biggrin ...

Mock fitting again ... ( crappy evening pics though  evileye )

Rear bottle

Radiator

Res bottle

Dunno what happened there confuse

Brake bottle and  rear bottle

That's that for now , back to the bloody bolts  furious ...

Organize

In with the new , out with the siht furious

Sorted

Regulator sporting the new bolts .... mmmmmmm  aaaaahhhhhhh wink

That's all folks biggrin

I wish there was a breaker near so I could just have a look around and get cheap parts for the bike.

The radiator was pi$$ing me off , tried straitening them but that was a massive F A I L .

So experimenting with this ... ( mock fitting , i know it's not straight etc )

No idea mate , best option is some sort of metal clamp but i have to make it invisible if you know what i mean evileye  . I'm sure it'l come to me .

It'd be easier if it wasnt pressed up against the rad ( heat issues with any kind of bonding agent ) . But It'll work somehow biggrin

lookin real good m8 im lovin all these piccys biggrin

that mesh is well handy stuff ive used it for all kinds in the past its real handy for making temporary battery boxes lol however it is cheaper to buy at b&q you get twice as much for half the price and its exactly the same stuff

if you need to stick it on how about using exhaust repair putty as that is heat resistant and sticks like **** to a blanket just stick some blobs on and clamp it down for a couple of hours

yeh spotweld would be better although you would have to repaint it again

i know what your saying about the rad but when the tank plastics are on you dont see it anyway but i suppose only you know wether its worth it biggrin
